From Yes 2 Forever (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a wedding-planning app (the “App” or “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you create an account.
Wedding-planning content you provide: guest lists and guest contact details, budget and spending entries, vendor information, bridal party and groom’s party names, vows and notes, seating charts, photos you upload, color palette and style preferences, honeymoon and registry details, and similar content you enter to plan your wedding.
Information about other people: because planning a wedding involves other people (guests, bridal party, vendors), you may enter their names and contact details. You confirm you have the right to share this information with us for the purpose of using the App, and you are responsible for letting those people know, where appropriate.
Payment information: if you purchase a one-time plan or a monthly subscription, payment is processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store your full card number ourselves.
Usage information: device type, app version, and general usage data (e.g., which features you use) to help us maintain and improve the Service.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App’s features
- To process your purchases and subscriptions
- To send you service-related emails (e.g., confirmations, password resets, timeline reminders) via our email provider (Resend)
- To respond to support requests
- To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication
- Resend — sends transactional emails
- Pexels — supplies stock inspiration photos (florist, beauty, color palette); these photos are not your personal data
- A payment processor (e.g., Stripe) — handles one-time and subscription payments
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security practices.
Your Choices and Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account information and wedding-planning content at any time by contacting us. If you are a California, EU/UK, or other resident with statutory privacy rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encrypted storage and transmission) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Users
If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
