These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the From Yes 2 Forever app (the “Service”), operated by From Yes 2 Forever (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at zrealty00@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans and Payment
The Service is offered under the following plan types, as described in the App at the time of purchase:
- One-time purchase — a single payment for lifetime access to the plan’s features, billed once
- Monthly subscription — a recurring monthly charge for continued access, billed automatically each month until canceled
Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fee.
Subscription renewal and cancellation: monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Refunds: except where required by law, payments (one-time or subscription) are non-refundable once processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email above and we will review it.
Price changes: we may change pricing for new purchases or future subscription terms; we will notify active subscribers in advance of any change that affects them.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you enter into the App (guest lists, budgets, photos, vows, notes, and similar wedding-planning content — “Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to operating the Service without your consent.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share any information about other people (guests, vendors, bridal party) that you enter into the App.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user’s account without authorization; upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the Service; or copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Intellectual Property
“From Yes 2 Forever,” the App’s design, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features. Stock photography shown in the App is licensed through Pexels and subject to Pexels’ own license terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all of your wedding-planning needs. The App is a planning tool; we are not responsible for the actions, pricing, availability, or quality of any third-party vendors you find or manage through the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, From Yes 2 Forever will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
